LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £19 - 22K per annum (plus discretionary bonus)
BARBURRITO is an exciting, fast-casual restaurant concept and we are looking for experienced ASSISTANT MANAGERS to join our team. Barburrito is a truly different business and we are looking for people who are passionate about preparing and serving fantastic food while delivering great customer service.

With a real passion for food and the highest quality of service you will be hands-on operational getting stuck into all aspects of the business, both on the floor and in the kitchen.
The core purpose of your role will be to assist the Store Manager in creating a customer focused and sales driven team. Your role is to motive, coach and guide the team to deliver positive customer service with a genuine enthusiastic and outgoing personality, this in return delivers maximum sales and profit. You will be expected to deputise in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring all shifts are operated according to the company standards.
