Aspect International Limited is looking for a Marketing Manager for Brazil who will lead and manage marketing efforts to grow sales and revenue for its English language programmes in the Brazilian market.

As Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop and own the integrated B2C and Agent country marketing strategies and activity plans to raise awareness of our brand and generate qualified leads
  • Devise and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans
  • Oversee brand development of region, content, marketing materials and website.
  • Lead strong partnership strategies, plans and negotiations in region.
  • Ensure the budget and P&L are achieved
  • Work closely with sales team and senior management and report results

·         Lead and develop team members to create an effective team that delivers on high standards.

·         Share best practice within marketing and sales team

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Advertising
  • Master’s degree in Marketing

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Experience and knowledge of marketing and/or selling international education products into Brazil
  • Experience and understanding of working in a market which combines direct and reseller/agent sales
  • Proven track record in delivering high growth in Brazil
  • A passion for digital marketing including content marketing, social media and mobile
  • Fluency in at least one regional language and strong awareness of culture and business etiquette in Brazil
  • Fluency in at least Brazilian Portuguese and English
  • Results driven approach with focus on revenue growth
  • Experience of managing and training other people
  • Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated, self-aware team worker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in Portuguese and Angolan markets would be a plus
