Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £18,000-£20,000 basic -£35k OTE 1st year. Trainee Recruitment Consultant development programme. Achievers holidays, company phone, car scheme, lunch clubs. The Role

On completion of your training you will be responsible for managing your own business within your niche market. You will focus on developing new business relationships on a daily basis. This means cold calling companies and selling to them. You will search for candidates for the roles that you successfully secure from your business development activities. This involves headhunting, writing and posting adverts and networking. You will manage the recruitment process, arranging interviews and preparing your candidates to meet with clients through to negotiating salaries and benefits and closing the deal.
