ACCA are currently recruiting a Business Relationship Manager to join the team in Cardiff.

This role is responsible for attracting prospective students to study with ACCA by being at the forefront of driving student growth through recruitment activity at universities, colleges and schools and extending ACCA's brand reputation through positioning ACCA as the qualification of choice at universities and other education providers.

The role is responsible for developing business and relationships with prospective students, providing the important first impression the student has of ACCA.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

· Relevant experience in a marketing/promotions role in finance, education or the professional body sector essential;

· Experience of business development, stakeholder engagement and client management at a corporate level essential;

· Experience of developing and delivering marketing promotions and events essential.

· Educated to degree level or equivalent;

· A professional marketing qualification from a recognised professional body is an advantage.

· Possesses a professional approach with the ability to establish credibility quickly, both across the organisation and externally, acting as a representative and ambassador for ACCA;

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and partners;

· Plans, organises and prioritises work to be able to set and meet stretching targets and strict deadlines and within agreed budgets;

· Possesses excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage several tasks at once;

· A highly-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual who is able to work with minimum supervision and with the ability to meet strict deadlines;

· Excellent communicator with excellent written and oral skills;

· Able to present to a variety of audiences; engaging and enthusing the listeners to new ideas and ways of working;

· Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in line with ACCA values and mission.

 

Please note, these positions may involve flexible working hours or overtime (including occasional evening and weekend working) depending on activities undertaken; Travel across the UK, and occasionally Western Europe, is required, including overnight stays away from home.
