£30,000 - £35,000 + car allowance, bonus and full benefits package

Are you an Assistant Project Manager, from a manufacturing environment, looking to join a global company who will offer you industry leading training and progression?

On offer is the opportunity to have an autonomous role where you will be both assisting and leading projects.

This first tier automotive manufacturing company and current going through a period of sustained growth, with future plans to open another engineering site in the UK. They have a loyal client based and are further expanding their reach to new clients throughout the world.
This role is due to expansion.

This role would suit an Assistant Project Manager, perhaps an individual who have worked in procurement or quality, looking to join this company at an exciting time.

The Role
*Monitor project progress against time-plans
*Involved in APQP
*Allocate project tasks internally, confirm availability of resource and monitor to completion.

The Person
*Projects experience - any background including procurement, quality etc
*Basic understanding of APQP
*Knowledge / Experience in one or more of the following manufacturing processes: Plastic Injection Moulding - Metal Pressing (Fine Blanking) - Aluminium Diecasting - Sintering, Precision machining, Casting, Assembly equipment.
