SEN Art teacher required
An SEN school in Plymouth are currently looking for a skilled and caring SEN teacher to join their supportive team within their Art Department.
This vacancy is from Easter, with the high possibility of becoming permanent.
The vacancy involves teaching Art to KS3 and KS4.
The school is well managed and teachers ensure the personal and educational needs of the pupils are met, as well as providing pupils with skills to ensure pupil personal development.
The behaviour of pupils and safety within the school is a focus, and staff pay close attention to details and monitors pupils progress very carefully.
The Devon based SEN school are looking for an experienced SEN teacher who can continue to add to their current philosophy. The school require someone who is confident, enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference to the lives of pupils.
The teacher needs to be able to inspire the children and provide the highest standard of education and care. NQT Art specialists will be considered for this role as the school is supportive and will make an effort to sign off NQT time for the right candidate.
