Helpdesk Analyst/Deskside Support Analyst required by growing Bristol office of leading Law Firm. A exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic customer focused individual to take a step up into a role of responsibility being the first and only point of call for all support within the Bristol office.

You will be the sole IT person in this 35-40 user office.
As a Helpdesk/Deskside Support Analyst, you will provide remote technical and desk side support on all software related issues with an emphasis on taking ownership of calls and providing technical solutions when possible. You will also be heavily involved in any desktop infrastructure projects that arise as well as local hands for server based work.
Any experience with supporting Document Management Systems such as IManage Filesite/Worksite, Opentext/Hummingbird DM, Meridio etc is highly beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Helpdesk/Deskside Support Analyst to take on a position of responsibility.
