We are URGENTLY looking for a Lead Generators to work for a well-established ourtsource consultancy in Uxbridge. The job of the successful Lead Generator will be to make outbound business-to-business calls to find out more about the companies and update records, as well as generate sales leads.
We are looking for someone upbeat and organised. A team player with a strong attention to detail and a good telephone manner. Having a positive approach to objection handling is essential ensuring that the maximum potential is achieved from each call.
We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a telephone based role but are looking to hear from anyone who thinks that they are ready for this challenge. In return, the successful Lead Generator will be working in a great team for an excellent company.
The role will predominately be to call companies in the UK with regards to business streams and then pass the lead to the relevant sales person to contact.
The ideal candidate must be able to establish good relationships with commercial companies and local businesses and will be partly responsible for converting outbound dialling leads into qualified appointments.
A successful Lead Generator will ideally have outbound experience and be used to working in target driven roles in pro-active sales environments.
You must be financially motivated, energetic and reliable with a hunger to succeed.
Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provide
- To convert the calls to new business leads
- To achieve agreed personal targets captured from calling data provided
- Inform potential client's on the company's products and services
- Gather relevant local business information
- Use company database and social networking to gain potential leads
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
- Input and maintain guest information onto company database
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Deal with telephone queries
- Build relationships with colleagues and clients
- Achieve set targets
Required Experience / Skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous B2B or B2C sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good verbal and written skills
- Confident in objection handling
- Good IT skills
- Good organisational skills
- Competent user of Microsoft office suite and CRM
- Good Knowledge of social networking (LinkedIn)
- Desire to progress
This role start on temparary basis at GBP10.25 per hour (contractor rate) or GBP9.00 PAYE and will become permanent for the right candidate at GBP20,000 + commision.
