Multilingual Customer Service Representatives - Permanent - Greenock - GBP17,000 Per Annum + Bonuses

My client is currently hiring for multiple multilingual customer service advisors in Greenock.

To be considered for this role you must have-

• At least 6 months experience working within a call centre/contact centre environment
• Customer service experience
• Passion for customer care
• Able to support customers through there issues from start to end
• Ability to quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment in a professional and confident manner
• Be able to start with a group of others in April
• Perfectly fluent in English

Or

• Perfectly fluent in a 2nd language + fluent English speaking

Looking for multilingual speakers fluent in English +

• Spanish
• Dutch
• Italian
• German
• French
