CAD Draughtsperson£18 - £20 an hour- 2 Month Temporary to Permanent Role
Commutable from Sheffield, Worksop, Mansfield, Chesterfield
8:30-5:30, with a 2.30 Finish on Fridays (42 hours)
Are you a draughtsperson from an oil and gas, power, pharmaceutical, petro chemical or similar background looking to work for a market leader in providing bespoke specialist products to industry? This role is involves 2d CAD draughting but 3D skills would be beneficial, with training on offer to enhance skills in these areas.
My client are well-established within their market with an excellent reputation for high customer satisfaction. They are looking for skilled individuals to join their engineering team due to a high number of varied upcoming projects. With a varied and interesting workload, this role will suit someone able to work autonomously as well as with others.
This role has an initial 2 month contract period paying at an enhanced rate, allowing you to fully experience the company before committing to a permanent role.
In this role, the successful draughtsperson will be responsible for the drafting and design of this companies products. You will follow projects through from when the order comes in from the customer and detail and amend existing drawings as well being involved in some conceptual design.
The role
* Draughting on AutoCAD and Solidworks.
* Design of companies products on client projects.
* Establish supply chain costs to be included in tenders.
To apply for this position you should have:
* Experience as a draughtsperson.
* Experience with AutoCAD and Solidworks.
* Knowledge of oil and gas, power, pharmaceutical, petro chemical or similar industries.
