Graduate Management Trainee (Engineering)

£23,000 p/a salary increase after 18 months
Mon- Fri 09.00am-5.00pm flexibility required
Are you a graduate from an engineering background looking for a fantastic opportunity to become an operations or engineering manager within a multi-national market leader in the passenger transport industry?
On offer is a great position for an extremely driven individual that wants to progress into management, and who wants a career rather than a job. This role will be an initial 18 months as a trainee before progressing into a more advanced role in the company suited to the individual's skills. This globally recognisable name are looking for a future operations or engineering manager with a genuine interest in the industry.
This position will allow the individual to see and experience all areas of the business in a variety of roles. This will involve a huge variety of responsibilities; you have to undertake all roles within the company from the ground up so that you can lead from knowledge and experience.
The Role:
* Will involve working in all areas of the business on rotation; learning every element of the business and setting the foundations to manage the company
* Will be heavily based around progressing into management
* Is only suitable for an extremely motivated and highly driven individual that has good communication skills
The Candidate:
* Must have a 2:1 or above within an engineering discipline and be eligible to work and live in the UK
* Will have real examples of how you have achieved success
* Will be willing to work long and flexible hours when required
