Community Services Manager (temporary for 12 months)

We are currently recruiting for a Community Services Manager within our Housing & Communities Directorate.

The main purpose of the role is:

• To support and report to the Director of Housing & Communities
• Manage the Community Services Team including the Dads Can Big Lottery Project; this includes all personnel responsibilities such as appraisals, one to ones, disciplinary issues, grievances, etc
• To lead on Regeneration for MHA including community investment and social inclusion
• To lead on customer engagement & tenant and resident involvement
• To manage and oversee the identification of funding, facilitate bids and tenders and manage contracts and funded projects related to areas of work
• To facilitate and participate in relevant partnerships and relationship management
• To promote and support the Association's mission, vision, objectives and values
