Entry Requirements

You do not need any certificates or qualifications to start the ATA Light Vehicle Technician however 3 years' experience being a technician or mechanic is necessary.

The course is 90% Practical and we cover 5 blocks within the light vehicle inspection, Braking systems, emission systems, Electrics & SRS Systems, Steering & Suspension and Vehicle appraisal.
