We are looking for an Innovation Strategy Lead, to work within our Durrington offices, with extensive experience of innovation strategy development and research and development programmes within utilities industries.

You will be responsible for the development of Company Innovation Policy and Strategy, successful delivery of the research and development technology roadmap and engagement with research organisations and partners.

To work with us you will need to demonstrate a track record of driving innovative ways of working throughout an organisation in order to maximise our infrastructure advantage. You will also need to provide demonstrable experience of managing both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that research and development programmes meet our priorities to serve our customers, positively impacting how they use our services.

You will have a Degree in Science, engineering or other numerate subject and a post graduate qualification in science, engineering, water or environment is desirable.
