User Experience Lead - Berlin

A super exciting role has come live our side for a User Experience lead for a leading client based in Berlin.

We're looking for a User Experience Lead to join the team in Berlin, someone whose had experience building and managing UX teams. This is a direct client side role, and we're looking for someone who will be able to buy into the company principles and help hire and manage the best UX and UI talent for the needs of such an exciting and ever expanding company.

This is a cross platform UX requirement, a large portion of time will be spent on building and developing the UX team across the various offerings this client offers, you'll also be required to continue the already impressive products that are offered across various platforms that include mobile, web and app. Not only with the User Experience Lead for this role be required to recruit the best in class UX and UI talent, but you'll be required to provide direction and guide the team.

We're looking for a User Experience lead who will motivate and help grow other UX designers in the team. A User Experience lead with strong innovative skills and the ability to develop an effective working environment within their team. Clearly, there is a lot of responsibility on the right UX lead profile, this is a role for an experienced user experience professional. Being in a lead UX capacity you will be managing and leading teams on a day to day basis, but to also ensure high quality work is delivered to the set deadlines.

We are ideally looking for a User Experience lead whose got 6 years+ of design experience as well as a degree in a design related field. The UX lead for this role will be pro active and a self starter. The experience that would be of interest to us is in the e-commerce space, and ideally someone whose had experience of both agency and client side. An excellent opportunity to work with an international UX team, in a very exciting and fast paced working environment with a hugely established client.
