SAP Transformation Lead - Record to Report (FICO & Reporting)

SAP, FICO, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Intercompany, Reporting

SAP Requisition to Pay Transformation Lead forms part of a team responsible for the design and maintenance of comprehensive, cost effective and deliverable SAP Solutions within our client's business. Specifically the SAP Transformation Lead, with exceptional knowledge in SAP FICO, AP, AR, GL, Intercompany and Reporting, will develop continuous improvement work packages for the Record to Report area of the system.

Delivery:
-Own the Record to Report work stream, working with the business to determine areas for continuous improvement
-Excellent knowledge of the business processes and ability to help improve them
-Identifies product, process and documentation deficiencies and make suggestions for improvement
-Apply best practices and promote continuous improvement
-Manage the design and implementation of processes and process improvements
-Act as the SME within your area of expertise
-Provide support and mentor to resolve problems escalated from lower-levels of expertise

Change/Project Development
-Work with the end user to define requirements for enhancements to business processes and systems
-Define and implement cost effective solutions to business problems
-Act as Functional Support Lead for large application developments
-Manage the implementation of new end to end solutions

Business Development
-Identify new opportunities and ensures that they are effectively progressed
-Participate in the identification, review and promotion of additional services to the business
-Identify, document and estimate opportunities for add-on services
-Provide input to statement of work definition and solution definition processes
-Contribute to project scope
-Manage and maintain key stakeholder relationships
-Responsible for delivery of large, complex projects on time and on budget in your subject area
-Propose and produce innovative solutions to business problems
-Provide leadership in embedding into the software development life cycle best practice
