Make-A-Wish® UK grants magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions. A wish gives a desperately ill child and their family time away from the daily struggles of living with a serious condition. Since 1986, Make-A-Wish has turned the wishes of more than 9,000 seriously ill children into magical realities - creating memories to treasure forever, whatever the future may hold.

We're looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Assistant to help run and develop our online channels. Reporting into our Digital Marketing Officer, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience of online marketing.

You'll be responsible for maintaining our website, including editing copy and images, and helping implement a website testing programme - so experience of using a CMS (preferably Drupal) is essential. You'll also be assisting with managing social media platforms, so will need a good working knowledge of multiple platforms - therefore experience of running social media channels on behalf of a brand would be desirable. Other key duties will include producing detailed reports, implementing SEO plans, and day-to-day running of PPC campaigns.

Experience of using Google Analytics and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent), and HTML/CSS knowledge, would be beneficial. Copy and photo editing skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, are essential attributes for this exciting new role.

If you would be interested in hearing more about this position, or to apply for it now, please contact Daniel Nash at IC Resources. Alternatively you can visit the Make-A-Wish website directly. The closing date for CV applications will be the 4th April with interviews for successful applicants taking part week beginning 20th April.
