MUST HAVE significant Salesforce CRM project experience, ideally within marketing
A leading Media Giant require a Salesforce CRM Business Analysts to join their established team and help work on the deployment of Salesforce CRM into their marketing function. The phased roll out is planned over 4 years so significant opportunity to extend is very realistic.
Business Analysts will join an existing team and take ownership of full project lifecycle projects from including requirements capture, documentation, process mapping, gap analysis, design, testing, delivery and hand over to support. Salesforce CRM will ultimately be rolled out to 35 global marketing functions starting with the UK and US (unlikely to require international travel).
Business Analysts must have solid experience working on Salesforce CRM Marketing projects (for example: upgrades, implementations, configuration, integration, customisation, etc.) and have a keen eye for detail, the ability to understand and interpret requirements to ensure agreed specifications are in line with Global IT strategy and Systems Architecture. Importantly, Business Analysts will also need strong stakeholder management skills as each location may have conflicting requirements, so the need to push back and discuss compromises is inherently important to be successful in this role.
This is a long term, global, high profile project which has significant investment set aside to support long term business growth initiatives. If you love the idea of being part be part of the leading global organisation in their field who boast a turnover of over £6billion and a growth rate which continues to give all contractors significant long term extensions then apply today.
