Linc is a not for profit organisation operating across South Wales and provides social and affordable homes for rent and to buy. Our intermediate and market rent schemes provide homes to people who are unable to buy due to the current economic climate or who want to rent but do not qualify for social housing.
We are currently developing new homes for rent and purchase in Coity, Bridgend, and are seeking a Cleaner to work 8 hours per week over 2 days to cover the 4 apartment blocks. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months until March 2016.
You will be responsible for the cleaning of the communal areas as well as the store cupboards outside.
Previous experience is desirable but more importantly, you must be reliable and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
