Part-Time Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Manager.
Job Role:
• Review customer complaints
• Track customer complaint resolution
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service
