Due to the considerable recent expansion in the services provided by St Joseph’s Specialist School & College, a residential school and home for learners (5-19) with moderate/severe learning difficulties, autistic
spectrum disorder and associated problems such as speech & language and other emotional and behavioural difficulties situated on the outskirts of Cranleigh, the following career opportunities are now available

Two Deputy Team Leaders for our 52 week Care workers
Salary range £21,171 - £23,234pa
We are looking to appoint two highly organised people, with experience of managing a care setting, who are looking to further progress their careers in these roles where they will need to be capable of deputising
for their team leader in the supervision of Care Workers to the required standard. As well as being able to demonstrate that they are ready to move to the next level in their careers, applicants must hold a minimum
qualification of level 3 QCF (with level 5 being desirable) (quote reference DTL)
For all these roles, your own transport (or at least non-reliance on public transport) is required due to the rural location of School and the nature of the shift patterns. Potential applicants are asked to consider
carefully the amount of travelling involved if they opt for the Term Time only, split shift roles. These positions to commence as soon as possible after interview.
