Job Title: Regional Outreach Worker
Location: Merseyside
Salary: 7.93 per Hour

Our client is an organisation that provides care and support for young people within the community and young people within a supported accommodation setting that are in the transition into independent living

The emphasis of the role is to support young people ensuring positive outcomes
Working as part of a team and or on a 1:1 basis lone working with young people, you will promote independence with the teaching of life skills and support in providing and maintaining a caring environment for young people respecting their views and ensuring that they feel listened too

Regional Outreach Worker - Good experience within social care essential.

Must have full valid driving licence and own transport with business use
Minimum of NVQ2 or equivalent desirable but not essential; must be prepared to work towards NVQ3 if a qualification has not already been obtained.

The Regional Outreach Worker must be willing to attend in house training programmes.

Mileage paid at 25p per mile (mileage rate will not apply to the supported accommodation work place)

Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken as Aspirations adhere to and promote strict safe guarding procedures.

This is not a 9 to 5 role and will include weekend, Bank Holiday, Sleep in’s and Waking Nights on a rota basis.

This role may involve working on a 24hr rota; including sleep in duties for 24hr support packages and supported accommodation packages.

They have a number of vacancies available to cover the North West Region including Greater Manchester, Preston and Wigan. Their Head Office is based within the Liverpool area.
