Area Manager

Nviro have an excellent opportunity and are looking for a highly motivated Area Manager based in the Hampshire and Dorset region. This is a full time and permanent position for which the successful candidate shall receive £40,000-£45,000 per annum based upon previous experience +Company Car/Car Allowance.

Nviro are a leading provider of cleaning, hygiene and facilities management services with a strong track record of service delivery spanning over 20 years.  We clean 130 public and private sector organisations covering 600 sites across London and the South of England with offices located in Portsmouth, Brighton & Hove, Croydon and Isle of Wight.

We are currently recruiting for an Area Manager to look after an area worth £5-6 million in Hampshire and Dorset, managing 6 direct reports. We need an Area Manager who has commercial acumen with a flexible approach to working, who can work alongside and in support of their management team to ensure that the frontline employees have all the tools to do the job and that we deliver customer service excellence. The successful Area Manager candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Formal cleaning and management qualifications would be an advantage. Experience in a Facilities Management (FM) services operational role is preferred, along with proven success in an operational management position, which includes customer satisfaction, line management and budget control responsibility. The successful Area Manager candidate will need to travel across our business regions and therefore a full UK driving license is essential and a company car or car allowance will be provided.
