This European market leader for security solutions, stolen vehicle tracking and location based services with prestigious clients are looking for a Sales Order Processor.

This job will be located in Sale, Manchester until Mid-April prior to relocating to their new premises in Blackburn.

Responsible for processing and managing all customers' purchase orders received and subsequent associated tasks. Reporting directly to the Sales Order Processing Account Manager with the following key objectives:

- Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout all aspects of the business.
- Processing all orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handling all enquiries from staff members, dealers and end users to promote a professional and courteous working environment.
- Prompt and professional answering of all telephone calls.
- Completing sales orders received from dealers and Regional Sales Managers
- Processing orders received by fax, email and e-Commerce site.
- Accurately and promptly entering orders onto customised database.
- Producing daily invoices.
- Producing approved credit notes as required.
- Dealing with public enquiries via telephone and email in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Liaising with warehouse to ensure the correct despatch of goods.
- Managing any warranty issues with dealers within correct warranty terms.

Skills and Experience:

- Preferred experience in sales order processing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident telephone manner.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Must be focussed with excellent attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy inputting data.
- Ability to make decisions using good judgment both quickly and effectively.
- Excellent analytical and numerical capability.
- Able to demonstrate strong personal initiative.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software, especially excel
