Business Development Manager - Training and Development

My client are a well established training and development company based in Cardiff and are currently looking for a Field Sales Business Development Manger to cover their South Wales location.

• Management of a portfolio of customer accounts via establishing and maintaining of relationships with a wide range of SME's, agencies and larger organisations.
• Using a variety of sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract new business.
• Negotiating placement terms, conditions and fee's.
• Maintain and keep employer records up to date, including the tracking of employer progression.
• develop a good understanding of client companies and their working culture and environment.
• The Business Development Manager will be required to arrange and attend new business and existing client meetings, to identify new business opportunities and maintain good working relationships.
• Attend networking events and employer forums.
• Play an effective part in the selling and endorsement of all products and services, including cross brand selling.

The Business Development Manager will be required to oversee a wide variety of sales and mainly account management across all the company's products and services.

Experience and Qualifications

The Business Development Manager must have experience of working in a target driven commercial environment, networking skills, presentation and report writing and full UK driving licence with use of their own vehicle.
