New Business Account Manager - Nespresso Business Solutions, Lyreco – Dublin
Up to €30,000K basic (DOE) OTE of €42,000K + Company Car + additional company benefits
Lyreco Ireland is the exclusive distributor of Nespresso Business Solutions products throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Due to phenomenal growth we need to recruit an additional New Business Account Manager to join our team based in Dublin, Ireland. We offer a salary up to €30,000K + OTE up to €42,000 OTE per annum, company car and additional benefits.
Reporting directly into the Sales Manager responsible for the division, you will ultimately be responsible for the consistent achievement of winning new business accounts throughout your territory, you will also have also profit and growth targets to achieve through the effective management of your customer base. You will be self-driven in approach and always strive to deliver the best customer experience at all times, being an ambassador of both the Lyreco and Nespresso company values.
Responsibilities of a New Business Account Manager include:
- To effectively source and secure new business accounts across your defined area.
- Dedicate specific focus on cold calling.
- Manage, develop and grow a new customer base in order to meet new business, sales growth and margin targets.
- Consistently achieve and record a sufficient number of best practice customer facing visits to achieve territory targets.
- Actively apply knowledge of Nespresso Business Solutions proposition, structure, service guarantees, offerings, products and promotions in line with Lyreco best practice.
- Establish and maintain effective methods of communication with the customer base, in line with service levels.
- Deliver timely and acceptable standards of internal and external reporting utilising the tools and reports provided.
- Deliver the best customer experience by minimising customer returns and credits.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record in B2B new business sales and have experience of selling a high-end branded proposition. As our New Business Account Manager you will be highly organised, motivated and ambitious with the creativity and initiative to deliver first class results.
In return, as our New Business Account Manager you’ll enjoy a salary of up €30,000k + €12,000k OTE per annum, company car and other company benefits.
Suitable areas to be located are; Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath & Louth and surrounding areas.
