Whistl - Client Services Advisor. Based in Marlow. Competitive salary of £16,300-£19,500.
We are Whistl, the Royal Mail's number one challenger and we’re making a noise in delivery! We’re growing! Growing Fast! To support our growth we are now recruiting for a Client Services Advisor to join us on our exciting future!
Key Responsibilities for our Client Services Advisor are:
- Booking in and the day to day running of a portfolio of Customer orders
- Carry out general administrative tasks, including efficient use of the Doorway system to ensure outputs and information supplied to Customers and internal departments is accurate
- Regular liaison with Customers, Newspaper Customers, printers, publishers and Royal Mail to ensure the smooth running of bookings from start to finish
Key skills of our Client Services Advisor are:
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to deal with colleagues in a professional, friendly and helpful manner
- Excellent team player who is flexible and able to quickly adapt to change
- Mental Skills: Accurate – the majority of the jobholders work will not be checked, therefore, the job holder needs to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Proactive in solving problems
- Customer Service Skills: Customer focused, can deliver customer service to required standards in a professional and polite manner
- Work Management Skills: Flexible and adaptable – able to carry out a range of different duties and work on different jobs at the same time
- Self motivated – able to turn work around quickly whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
