This London based Financial Services firm offering a variety of financial products is now looking to recruit a Transformational Change Project Manager. This high breed role offers exposure to high value projects and offers a great deal of career progression opportunity. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of the regulatory landscape of the industry and experience dealing with legislation and policy.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of Business Change Management and Operational processes
- Provision of support for the estimation of overall programme budgets
- Gathering business requirements and shaping technical or project deliverables
- Give progress reports to the Programme Manager and PMO
- Stakeholder management across the organisation
- Identify, isolate and resolve risk issues associated with the package of work
Requirements/Experience:
- Extensive Project Management experience
- Experience implementing policy and regulation
- Business Change Management experience
- Experience dealing with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Change delivery relating to the Solvency II Directive
- Experience in the insurance industry
