Investment Controls Oversight Analyst - Investment Management - Surrey

Our Client, a surrey based fund manager is looking for an experienced analyst with solid experience, preferably gained within a Global Custodian or Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing oversight of the investment operations outsource provider and acting as the main link to the investment team.
• Resolving trade processing issues
• FO liaison on trade issues, corporate actions and cash forecasting
• Provider oversight and SLA monitoring, including that issues are resolved on a timely basis
• Participate in the monitoring and transition of assets from schemes in assessment (SIA and manage portfolio implementation risk through asset allocation and rebalancing.
• Calculate cash flow management to external mangers.

Skills

• Is familiar with working under FCA regulations and controls.

• Able to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively

• Must be confident to cover for the Manager of the team when necessary

• Has a can-do attitude, will get their hands dirty

• Is quick to learn and keen to understand the wider business
