NOC Analyst, Network Operations Consultant, Dudley West Midlands to GBP 26k
Network Analyst, Support Analyst, NOC Analyst required for a leading services business based in Dudley, West Midlands.You will be joining a very well established business, assisting with the maintenance of their Network Operations Centre. You will be responsible for the
* Monitor and management of the data centre infrastructures, storage and virtual platforms (Netapp and VMWare)
* Carry out network support procedures
* Investigate and solve network problems
* Perform backups and restores
* Monitor and proactively work on the Network estate
* Adhere to set KPI's and work closely with relevant logging and systems management tools
You will need to have gained relevant experience within a Network Analyst or NOC Analyst role previously and have experience of the following:
* Linux (RHEL)
* Active Directory
* Windows
* Citrix
* Netapp
* Cisco
* Dell
* VMWare or other virtualisation
* ITIL certification is highly desirable
This role will be an integral role where you will assist with the data centre service management levels in addition to the day to date network and infrastructure.
