Agile SCRUM Master, Software Delivery Manager

To GBP 60k plus Benefits and bonus
Agile SCRUM Master, Software Delivery Manager is required by top financial services organisation. This role will be based within their highly successful Agile run development team. The main purpose of the SCRUM is to protect the team and keep it focused on the tasks at hand. You will also responsible for regular review and improvement of the application and evolution of the Delivery Team. This role would ideally suit either a ready-made Scrum Master or possibly a Senior Developer who has held Scrum Master responsibilities and is looking to focus on Scrum and delivery management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional hands on technical skills.
You will be responsible for leading Agile software development teams through the full life cycle and liaise with other areas of the business and IT as a whole.
Key Requirements:
* A successful track record of delivery in a Scrum/Agile environment is essential and any experience within financial services is beneficial.
* Experience of Agile Delivery Methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, XP or Lean)
* Agile coaching skills
* Experience of continuous integration and test driven development
* Hands on .NET development experience with ideally experience of Microsoft TFS
