A very well established consultancy who have developed an excellent reputation in the eCommerce space are looking for an experienced solution architect to work on some of the largest technology projects in the market.

My client is a very well known consultancy who have formed incredibly strong partnerships with the major eCommerce platform providers (ATG/WebSphere/Hybris) and are delivering some of the largest technology projects in the market with household name retailers.

They recently received significant accolades at the Hybris Summit and have a project portfolio worth more than GBP300m.

They're now looking for an experienced solution architect to work closely with clients, proactively working with clients to gather and analyse technology objectives, provide technical direction/advice, identify, propose, design and implement appropriate solutions.

As a business, the clients and scale of project they can give you exposure to is unparalleled.

The successful eCommerce Solution Architect will most likely have the following skills and experience;

  • A combination of technology and multichannel/E-commerce knowledge - giving the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Define all points of integration between applications including order management tools and 3rd party systems.
  • Gather and analyse client requirements to design, implement, enhance or upgrade their E-commerce solutions.
  • Substantial experience with Hybris, ATG or WebSphere solution architecture, design and delivery on large scale and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to manage distributed teams/stakeholders
