A Project Administrator is required to join a leading developer of training and communication programs. These programs are delivered mainly via their bespoke, live, web-based training environment and occasionally as a combination of face-to-face and training sessions. They produce high quality video and audio to use in business simulations which form the core content of their training / communication programs as well as live role-play.

They are looking for a Project Administrator to work on several of their key programs. The role offers an opportunity to develop into working directly with global, blue-chip clients in a supportive and friendly team environment.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate their experience in administration or a similar role. Working closely with the project team you will be instrumental in supporting high quality virtual training sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supporting the project team
- Creation and distribution of event documentation
- Managing the Outlook invitation process
- Delegate tracking and data entry
- Updating and maintaining delegate databases
- Collating and managing feedback from training events
- Assistance with project delivery reports, the creation of training presentations and other general admin
- Diary management
- Answering the telephone, ordering stationery

Skills required:

- High level of organisation and attention to detail is a must
- Proficient in the use of Excel and Outlook, as well as other MS Office packages
- Good written and verbal communication skills (you will be communicating directly with participants)
- Ability to quickly learn and use new programs
- Excellent time management abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Team player

Knowledge of working with a world-wide team and experience with different time-zones would be a very big advantage but is not essential.

Working hours are 09:00 - 17:30 and the office is based on the University of Sussex campus in Falmer. Applicants should be willing to be flexible with working hours should it be required. The main office has 4 full-time staff members, 4 'hot-desking' staff members with the rest of the team based in the US and central Europe.
