An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Executive to join our London Office. Reporting to the Account Manager, this will be a varied role requiring flexibility, attention to detail and excellent people skills. The role is an excellent opportunity to develop project management and client facing skills in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Summary
HOME Fundraising is the leading provider of Door to Door fundraising services to charities in the UK. Our service is based on quality - from professional Client Services to the delivery of committed donors for the clients we represent. The Account Executive is a key link between our Operations and the Client. The Account Executive has responsibility for supporting the Account Manager and Account Director in the day-to-day project management of our campaigns. Although reporting to an Account Manager, the post also carries a considerable amount of autonomy and individual responsibility.
Key areas of responsibility:
Campaign planning & set up
• To attend campaign planning meetings with Account Manager and the Client
• To complete items on the campaign set up schedule as allocated by the Account Manager.
• To agree clothing requirements with the Account Manager/Client and place order with supplier.
• To liaise with Account Manager regarding the production of Fundraising materials (leaflets & packs to be used by Fundraisers), Direct Debit forms, ID badges etc
• Prepare training materials in collaboration with the Account Manager and relevant internal departments e.g. Training Notes, Prompt Sheet, Objection Responses, Shopping Lists, Recent Appeals and other relevant campaign information
• Prepare training agenda in conjunction with the Account Manager, Client and relevant internal departments
• To occasionally conduct client campaign training alongside the Account Manager, HOME Fundraising Managers (FRMs) and Client representatives.
Campaign Management
• To deal with queries from the Client, other external partners and internal departments
• To provide the Client with a weekly fundraising locations list
• To produce a weekly report for the client to include weekly and cumulative results
• To provide commentary on the weekly report and any relevant qualitative feedback
• To arrange, in conjunction with the Account Manager and Fundraising Managers, any follow-up trainings/briefings with fundraisers and the Client
• To meet with teams on location to provide update, feedback and answer questions etc.
• To monitor stock and order new stock as necessary
• To manage the stock levels in all areas and to manage the distribution as necessary
• To assist with relevant information for the production of end of campaign reviews and presentations in conjunction with the Account Manager
• To assist the Account Manager with the monitoring of invoices for each campaign
General
• Represent the Client within HOME and ensure that they are considered at all times
• Ensure that the Client takes priority and receives an excellent level of service
• Ensure that all queries, complaints, etc that come from the Client are dealt with quickly and efficiently - in cases where follow up may take some time, ensure the Client receives regular courtesy calls to update them on progress
• Create and develop campaign management procedures with consultation and co-operation of other departments
• Be prepared to travel to Client offices and projects as and when necessary
• Be prepared to travel to regional offices as and when necessary
Salary: £22k depending on experience.
