We are looking for someone with a Fleet Sales / Business to business background within the Motor trade preferably within a prestige car manufacturer.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can demonstrate a strong, successful and progressive background within sales and an excellent understanding of both business and personal finance packages. We seek a confident, clear and professional communicator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.

This position is predominantly new business focused but will also include developing existing business relationships. Business to business sales experience is a key for the success of this role as is the ability to be a logical thinker, well organized and good time manager. You will have full autonomy to deal with businesses of varying fleet sizes (Generally Local businesses and SME's).

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and develop your own business plan driving activity and sales to achieve target and objectives
  • Plan and deliver direct marketing and sales activity to promote Mercedes-Benz passenger cars to both local and national businesses to achieve agreed sales targets
  • Develop new business relationships by regular prospecting, qualification and appointment making to generate increased activity and create sales growth
  • Support and create engaging and appropriate direct marketing to promote our services and brand
  • Active attendance in network and local business clubs ( such as South Wales Chamber of Commerce) to increase our profile and presence in the local community
  • To assist with and develop the customer and prospect database
  • To achieve key performance and customer satisfaction indicators and service levels.
