This is a great opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join a well-established, successful and rapidly growing fashion accessories business based in Belvedere, Kent.

With over 7 years in diverse on-trend fashion accessories, this is an exciting time for the business as they look to update their existing systems and launch a new online retail project later this year in Homeware.

Taking on the lead role in managing and developing their existing E-commerce sites (Magento, Amazon and Ebay), you will be responsible for raising brand awareness, expanding their online presence and growing online sales.

Commercially focused, sales driven and with a genuine interest in fashion accessories (and homeware), you will be rewarded for your part in the continual growth of the business through a competitive basic salary and commission based incentive scheme relating to online sales.

This is a standalone E-commerce Manager role and key responsibilities will include:

The Role:

- Maintaining and developing their existing websites
- Working with the developer of the new website and ERP system to replace all existing systems/websites
- Managing the day to day online sales order processing from the company website and other online sales platforms
- Managing the complete eCommerce cycle of the business
- Optimising opportunities to increase targeted traffic to the website through a variety of marketing channels including SEO, Google Ads, PPC and email marketing campaigns
- Managing social media networking platforms (Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram) to direct traffic to the website
- Evaluating the performance of all online marketing campaign activity including SEO, social media paid advertising and email marketing.

To perform well in this role you will need:

- Significant experience of working within a similar role in an E-commerce retail environment using online retail platforms: Magento, Ebay and Amazon
- Good knowledge and experience of E-commerce activities and all online marketing channels
- Clear understanding and 'hands on' experience of SEO, affiliate marketing, Google Ads and PPC advertising
- Proven track record of increasing sales and traffic to retail websites
- Strong analytical capabilities with specific knowledge and experience of web analytics and other tools to evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience of online marketing and sales with specific knowledge of social networking media platforms
- Strong eye for detail and organisational skills striving for a high level of accuracy

Candidates must currently live in South East London or be able to commute easily to Kent. You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
