My client is a independent leading consumer lifestyle PR agency based in the heart of Londons busy Covent Garden.
They are on the hunt for a new member of their team to join their senior management. You must have experience as a Senior Account Director for at least a year as the role is looking for Associate Director level.
Some of the key skills and responsibilities that are required are you must be a consumer specialist. The accounts with this agency are all consumer focused, success and generates clients relationships. You must have the ability to spot opportunities with your clients and foster relevant relationships. Working against targets, KPIs for your team and company is a necessity. Passion for new business is important as they have just landed some new big wins and want to continue to grow their portfolio of some of the top UK clients. Having experience with HR and strategy writing would be beneficial too as the agency is a mid sized therefor this role will encompass most of the work for the agency.
The role requires;
- Strong motivational leadership skills
- Driven and ambitious in all aspects of work
- 10+ years experience in consumer PR working on FMCG, lifestyle and food & drink
- Open and honest and also a natural listener
- Experience of meeting challenges/sales cycle/propositions
-Track record of success and over achieving
- Excellent media contacts and proven tracks of delivering results.
