Austin Fraser are looking for an 1st/2nd line Line Support Engineer for a client based in Exeter.
Line 1/2 service desk customer facing technical fix via telephone & email.
You will need to be technically competent with MS Products, password resets, Active Directory accounts, remote access workers - in-house telephony and mobile phones (blackberry etc.) along with some awareness of the technical infrastructure.
You will ideally have previous experience working as both a 1st and 2nd Line Customer Engineer.
