A PPC Marketing Executive is required to join an expanding in-house PPC marketing team of two, to continue to deliver excellent commercial results for a really excellent company. The PPC Marketing Executive will be working on promoting the company's impressive websites to a global audience, aimed at the high end of the market. Based in beautiful rural Oxfordshire, the office is a luxury for any employee; running next to the beautiful river Windrush, surrounded by farmland, mills and woodlands. The PPC Marketing Executive role will allow your digital marketing skills to be specialised in an area of the marketing sector that is quickly expanding. Working daily with platforms like Google Adwords, the PPC Marketing Executive will work on optimising the advertising campaigns through PPC. This will include managing performance against KPIs and targets as well general performance reporting. The team are involved in and use A/B Testing, keyword research and bid management extensively to achieve desired C-T-R. The PPC Marketing Executive will work on the account structure to achieve optimum performance, make suggestions and recommendations, identify problems and rectify any issues. Other tools that the PPC Marketing Executive will utilise include Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google Display Network as well as the mentioned Google Adwords.

The PPC Marketing Executive will also need to be strategic in their work, and plan the method, tools, technologies and delivery of the campaign. Being a creative person, the PPC Marketing Executive will always be looking at the bigger picture and will understand that there are long term goals tactics, always referring back to overall company goals.

So, the PPC Marketing Executive that goes on to get this role will need to have a strong understanding of marketing and will be commercially minded. The PPC Marketing Executive will also need to be very strong at PPC already, as this is not an entry level position with the candidates having 2 years' experience ideally. This will ideally have been large (5000+ words keywords) Google AdWords accounts. The PPC Marketing Executive will need strong knowledge of the latest bid management and optimisation techniques. The person will be highly intelligent, analytical and possess the high level of written and numerical skills that this role requires. General and solid communication skills as well as strong organisational skills would also be beneficial for this role. Skills in Google Adwords (Including GDN and Editor), Google Analytics, Bing Ads (And Editor). Any experience in general SEO, Photoshop, MS Office and the Internet would be ideally beneficial. Excellent skills in MS Excel are also required.
