Outsource UK Ltd is looking for an experienced SAP Business One Support Consultant to join a global and expanding Solutions provider of financial, accounting and distribution systems.

Role
As an experienced SAP Business One Support Consultant you will be responsible for providing excellent telephone, online and occasional in person support to our clients existing and new customers.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Ensuring the correct operation and recovery of SAP Business One software and our clients software systems via the telephone, online and occasionally in person;
• Troubleshooting implementation issues;
• Proactively identifying and assessing risk;
• analysing data and generally offering help and guidance;
• Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process;
• Producing and maintaining customer specific documentation;
• Producing Training manuals;
• Conducting monthly webinars for customers;
• Advising existing and prospective clients in their best use of SAP Business One software and our clients software
• SAP Business One service pack & patch level testing for all new releases of the SAP Business One software
• Reviewing and testing new releases of SAP Business One;
• Reviewing & testing of all new potential 3rd party add-ons and internal SDK development work as and when the need arises.

Desired Skills and Experience

• I year of experience of supporting or working with SAP Business One;
• Good knowledge of SAP Business One.
• 1 year of experience of working in a software support environment;
• Must live within a commutable distance of our office in London
