An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Relief and Sales Executive with Crown Group Management Services LLP, an industry leading provider of hospitality, catering and event services across the UK.

This role is ideal for ambitious candidates who thrive on the challenge of selling and researching. The ideal candidate must enjoy customer relations and working as a team member within the Crown Group Sales Team.
You will be required to:

Increase the level of sales and business mix direct from individual clients and via third party bookers/agencies and making the most of potential business for the whole of the Crown Group.

Attend client and Crown Group events. (Hospitality events, exhibitions, etc.)

Identify and develop sources of potential business.

Effectively employ sales skills to confirm profitable enquires.

Evaluate and grade enquires for profitability/suitability.

Achieve sales activities within specified time sales and undertake any reasonable duties as directed by Customer Service Director and Development Director.

Target tele-sales campaign to achieve sales for Venue Reservations/Seasoned Events/Crown Group products.

Initiate, facilitate, motivate and monitor effective communication channels between Venue Reservations/Seasoned Events/Crown Group to maximise sales opportunities.

Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of all Venue Reservations venues, the capacities, USP's and pricing to accurately advise clients of the right venue solutions.

Handle correspondence related to all selling activities (quotations, emails, confirmation letters to venues)

Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action.
You will need:

Excellent communication skills in order to maintain relationships with clients and to gain commitment to purchase Venue Reservations/Seasoned Events/Crown Group and products.

To be able to maintain high levels of customer interactions with Key Clients via telephone, face to face and written communication to identify full potential for, and to gain maximum commitment to purchase Seasoned Events/Crown Group Products.

To represent the company and to enjoy client entertaining and attending promotional events.

To be able to represent Venue Reservations, Seasoned Events and Crown Group in a professional manner at all times.
