1st Line Help Desk Analystt - 3 month contract - Edinburgh

Based in Scotland, our client is currently seeking a Contract 1st Line Desk Analyst to start with immediate effect. The role is scheduled for an initial 3 months but is likely to extend. Please contact Dane.Smith@ic-resources.com for further detail.

Essential skills experience:
Relevant experience in either a helpdesk role or in a desktop / server support role.
Excellent communication skills; methodical and responsive to user community requirements

Technical experience will include supporting of the following:
Desktop - Windows 7, MS Exchange, MS Office, Lync
Windows and Linux servers
Virtualisation (ideally VMware or vSphere)
Network skills
