Randstad Care Exeter currently have a great opportunity for a Registered General Nurse to work on a permanent basis at a well established, high quality care home based in Exeter. The pay rate for this role is between per hour, pay rises subject to quarterly appraisals . The service provides care for elderly clients, as well as adults with mental health issues. The client is based in a picturesque part of Exeter on the outskirts of the city. Established 22 years ago, our client takes pride in its high level of care provided to the 34 residents that live at the service. The service also includes a 10 bedded unit for young adults with mental health issues. You should have the following Self Motivation Willingness to be adaptable Ability to be imaginative Ability to establish a good relationship with people Reliability and commitment Caring personality with extremely consistent boundaries Driving licence (Desired) It would be desirable to have the following Previous work in the Care Sector or experience of working with client group Epilepsy training Training in the administration of recovery medication Other appropriate qualifications It is essential that all applicants for this role meet the following criteria Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid pin. Driving desired but not essential. From newly qualified nurses to experienced nurses considered Experience of working with elderly clients, learning disabilities.
