We are looking for a number of dynamic and experienced Children s Residential Support Workers who have a passion and desire to support children and young people. On a daily basis you will be Assisting and taking part in activities in the home and outdoors Committed to the young persons well being and act as a positive role model. Responsible for ensuring that the standard of care is at the highest in relation to the young persons physical, behavioural and emotional needs. You will need to have A minimum of 1 years experience of working with Children and Young People in Residential Care. Experience of supporting children and young people who have challenging behaviour and complex needs. The ability to work well as part of a team and are committed to providing excellent care and support to children and young people. NVQ3 caring for Children and Young People is ideal.
