An unbelievable, brand new opportunity has recently become available for a Conversion Optimisation Executive to join an award winning and one of the North West's fastest growing digital agencies.

You'll become an integral part of the Agency's team and someone who the clients trust, respect and look forward to working with.

• A hybrid - you'll have a combination of UX, data analysis, user research and project management skills
• People who get stuck-in to the job and are happy working in a close knit team
• Passionate about getting user insight and using your knowledge of user behaviour to inform your recommendations
• Driven by improving the value of our clients businesses and relentless in working out how to make further improvements
• Confidence to deliver client workshops and speak in front of an audience

You need to be able to;

• Use your best practice knowledge around user centred design, conversion optimisation and robust testing and research methodologies
• Analyse and pull insights from Google Analytics data as well as creating custom data sets/tracking and setting up goals
• Experience working with E-commerce retailers, financial and travel sectors
• Be a creative problem solver: Use insights from a range of sources and best practice knowledge to create testable ideas aimed at improving site conversion rates
• Have experience in creating scenarios for user testing and experience of moderating and observing lab based user testing
• Be able to implementing and run A/B and MVT tests using testing software such as Optimizely.
