Graduate/Trainee Hardware Engineer -(Hardware, Server, PCs) - Manchester

IT Support Analyst/Trainee Hardware Engineer -(Hardware, Server, PCs) required for this dynamic business based in Manchester, North West. My client are seeking candidates who want to work in Hardware/Server based environments to work in their state of the art data centre. You will join a vibrant team and will work as part of a shift rota.

The role will include:

* Installation of Windows Operating Systems
* Windows Server - troubleshooting
* Swap out of hardware
* Racking and cabling
* Monitoring devices
* Data Centre reporting - (fault lights, power)
* Fault Escalation
* Testing and Fault diagnostics (hard drives, CPU's, RAM, RAID)

If you have MCP's or a CompTIA+ or have completed a degree within computing and are seeking the opportunity to work with hardware, learning and developing your skills, this is a great opportunity! You may already possess data centre experience and be seeking your next move within Hardware Support?

This is a shift based system that will include nights (will include shift allowance, further details given on application). Please note that you will require a driving licence and transport.
