Have you got a proven track record in developing and growing key accounts, do you enjoy building strong rapport with your clients which ensures they will always come to you first with their requirements, have you got the desire to achieve KPIs and reap the rewards for being successful. If so, due to expansion, this leading Manufacturer of high quality audio, video cable, fibre optic, data and power cabling are looking to recruit another strong player within their already successful internal sales team.

The company has grown from strength to strength in it's 27 years of trading by delivering quality products at competitive prices which arrive where they should be when they should be. Known around the world for delivering bespoke cable solutions to the Audio, Video and Data Industry; wherever an outside broadcast is taking place, whether it be Wimbledon, The Olympics, a tour of some of the worlds' largest recording artists, there is a strong possibility that products within the vast company range are being used.

The role is 80% internal and 20% external as they appreciate a great deal can be achieved by having a face to face meeting with your clients, the successful candidate must be prepared to conduct external meetings around the UK and also invite decision makers down to their premises in London N7 which instantly builds confidence once the manufacturing, fibre laboratory and seamless operations are shown.

There is no cold calling required as all the accounts allocated to the successful candidate have already shown interest in the company by applying for trade account facilities; however like every company, some turn to them on a daily basis, some on a regular basis and others have not traded with them for a while; the Key Account Manager is responsible for ensuring they grow the sales with all the accounts by building a strong relationship with the decision makers of each account managed by them which should guarantee the company are the first port of call when requiring any of the products and services they specialize in.

They are looking for a person who understands communication is paramount to success, enjoys being part of a team but also has the ability to bring exciting fresh ideas to the workplace. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, the successful candidate will benefit from a very competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission based on the growth of the accounts allocated.
