The Company

Our client are a rapidly growing loyalty and engagement business who require a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to help them develop their business through digital channels - mainly Affiliates, Search and Email. This is a leadership role and will be required to build an in house team.

The Job

• Define and execute CRM and Email marketing strategies to engage with a large consumer audience
• Responsible for segmentation, customer profiling and email creation
• Management of content team
• Developing the strategy across all digital channels including SEO, PPC, CRM, Affiliates and Social Media
• Testing and reviewing all current platforms and providers
• Recruitment and team management
• To evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data

You

• The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering a full digital customer retention campaigns
• Ability to demonstrate where you have used data driven insights to achieve business goals with integrated campaigns for your clients.
• Experienced in delivering multi-channel creative communications solutions, across multiple channels, with a strong background in planning.
• Experience of leading a sizeable marketing team
• Clear proven ability to deliver a full digital customer acquisition strategy
• Expert in delivering strategy across Email and affiliate
• Ability to work closely with board and CEO
• Develop and implement company's digital marketing strategy
• Deliver profitable customer acquisition targets
• Manage key internal stakeholder relationship
