The Deployment Analyst for HRIS Reward is required to have good knowledge and experience of Reward management and Reward systems (performance management, salary review, bonus processing and Equity processing).

They will be responsible for working with HRIS Reward subject matter experts and other stakeholders including: HR, business reward teams, group reward teams and executive reward.

They will support the implementation, deployment and initial operation of a common performance and reward management system in 65+ countries.

Responsibilities:

. Implement the deployment strategy for the global performance and reward management system
. Manage relationships with key country and business stakeholders to ensure complete engagement
. Liaise with key stakeholders regularly to ensure steady progress is made to meet required deadlines
. Track progress of each country
. Identify country system design adaptations and communicate to the wider project team
. Responsible for escalating issues within the project team
. Work with each country to ensure all necessary deployment tasks have been completed in readiness for Go Live eg data verification/readiness
. Co-ordinate communications
. Provide system training/support documentation to end users
. Provide input to the support model for each country
. Manage multiple country deployment releases concurrently
. Interface with Reward system users and system support teams

Experience & knowledge required:

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
. Experience of dealing with multiple countries and cultures (highly desirable)
. Experience of Reward systems (highly desirable)
. Experience and good knowledge of salary, bonus and equity calculations (highly desirable)
. Experience and good knowledge of SAP (highly desirable)
. Experience of designing interfaces between systems (very useful)
. Experience and good knowledge of passing data between Reward systems and other external HR systems including SAP (very useful)
. Experience of HR systems (very useful)
. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise information quickly (very useful)
. Experience of interacting with stakeholders at all stages of the life cycle eg requirements gathering, testing, support (very useful)
. Knowledge of Reward within a large, complex, multi-national organisation (very useful)
