This is a fantastic opportunity for a Production Manager from a to join a thriving business and influence to company's future plans and growth.

This company specialise in the manufacture of components for industry across the world. They are currently going through a period of sustained growth and change and are now looking for Production Shift Managers to join the ever growing team.

In this role you will be tasked with the management of multiple manufacturing cells. In charge of around 35-40 members of staff, you will motivate to achieve production targets and work to continually improve the department.

The ideal candidate will come from a production or manufacturing background and want to take authority in a new position where you can drive real improvements and change in your role.

This role would ideally suit a Production Manager who is looking to take a step into a role where you can take authority, while developing your own career.

The role:
*Managing multiple manufacturing cells
*Reporting to Operations Manager
*In charge of 40 staff
*Growing the business

The person:
*Production Management experience
*Production or manufacturing background
*Desire to make the role your own.
*Mechanical or Electrical background beneficial
